To provide all our members a simplified and more thorough experience we have made changes to our e-statements. To make the upgrade process as smooth as possible we have created a list of frequently asked questions about the e-statements upgrades with easy-to-understand answers.

Will there be a fee to keep our statements the same?

For the next several months, everyone will receive paper statements at no cost until October 2025. At that time, we will again begin charging the $1.50 per statement for paper statements. We encourage you to save paper, money and time – enroll in e-statements and e-documents via e-branch and you will not pay for statement production!
