An important reminder: Be cautious about calls seemingly coming from NHFCU requesting your full account or debit card numbers, etc. Fraudsters are known to “spoof” information to appear legit on caller IDs. NHFCU reps and our fraud monitoring services will not ask you for complete account numbers, PINs, etc. If you question the validity of a fraud monitoring call, please contact us directly.

Enhanced e-branch and mobile security was put into place on July 18th. Please follow the steps you are prompted for the first time you log in after this date. This is an added layer of protection for you.

On July 18, we are enhancing our e-branch and mobile security. The first time you log in on or after July 18, you will be prompted to select how you want to receive a verification code. You will also be prompted to create new security questions. The enhanced security will determine if and when to require additional security questions. Once you set this up, you will have an added layer of security protecting you and your money.
