Mobile Deposit Notice
To protect against fraud industry-wide, checks for remote deposit capture now require a specific, restrictive endorsement on the back. You must endorse the back of your check in the following manner:
“For MOBILE/REMOTE DEPOSIT TO NHFCU.”
You must also sign the check.
While there has been a message on e-branch and on the mobile app – some are reporting they have not seen it. We recommend updating your app if this is the case.
Please review your remote deposits to see the status of the deposit. The deposit status will start at SUBMITTED and goes to PENDING then to ACCEPTED or FAILED.
If the status changes to PENDING, check back in a day or two to review your account balances (total vs. available).
If the status is FAILED, please reach out to us if you already endorsed the back of your check as required.
