To provide all our members a better Directline experience we have made changes to Directline. To make the upgrade process as smooth as possible we have created a list of frequently asked questions about the Directline upgrades with easy-to-understand answers.

Is my username the same?Yes, your username is the same as in was before June 1st.
Is my password the same?No, you will need to change your password. Please call us to change your password.
Is the Directline phone number changing?Sort of, there will now only be one number to call to reach Directline and that is our toll-free number (888) 782-0560.
Will direct line work while the branch is closed?No, all of our online and remote systems will be unavailable as we undergo our upgrades.
