To provide all our members a better Mortgage document experience we have made changes to our Mortgage statements. To make the upgrade process as smooth as possible we have created a list of frequently asked questions about the Mortgage statements upgrades with easy-to-understand answers.

Why can't I see my mortgage on e-branch? | During our upgrade mortgages will be unavailable June, 1st through June 7th. Please check back after June 7th. |
Why haven't I received my mortgage statement? | Mortgage statement information can now be found on your regular monthly bank statement. |
When can I see my mortgage online? | You can see your mortgage online before 6/1/2025 and after 6/6/22025. Between those dates mortgage will be unavailable as we upgrade our systems. |
Why is my mortgage information incorrect? | We are aware of this issue and it will be resolved with our system upgrade. After 6/6/2025 your mortgage balance online will be accurate. Thank you for your patience. |
Can NHFCU see the correct information on my mortgage balance internally? | Yes, our internally systems are 100% accurate. We can see the correct mortgage balance. Thank you for your patience as we upgrade our user systems. |
Will my mortgage statement still show my balance due? | Your mortgage statement will now be combined with your other NHFCU accounts - yay! Less paper and less to monitor. |
Will the statement still have a section to rip off when making a payment? | No, there will no longer be a tear-off slip with your mortgage statement. If you want to make your life easier, set up your mortgage payment to be sent to us electronically, here via our Swivel payment system. Even better, establish your checking account with us and set up Bill Pay for your mortgage payments. |
How can I verify my mortgage payment will pull on the 1st when it’s due? Especially if it doesn’t show in online banking. | All transactions will be posted on the date they were scheduled to occur. While you may not be able to see your NHFCU mortgage right away, the payments will be posted on the proper date when it is back online. |
