Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are currently looking for an experienced CFO to join the Credit Union. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CFO is a vital member of the senior management team. He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall administration and control of the financial operations of the credit union and will ensure compliance with internal policies and state and federal regulations. Will provide leadership and coordination of the financial planning and reporting, budget management, and oversight and preparation of ALM. Will also interact with examiners and regulators, provide direction and management to the Accounting and Operations Departments, and handle a myriad of both tactical and strategic projects for the Credit Union.
We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded financial professional with the following credentials:
- A BS in Accounting with proficiency in IRS, GAAP, and federal and state regulations
- 7 plus years of progressively responsible accounting/finance skills, preferably in a bank or credit union
Hands-on experience in ALM, GL, investments, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance
At least 3 years of senior management and leadership skills in directing an accounting/finance team
Ability to be both hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving; as well as strategic and visionary
Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a Board of Directors, auditors and regulators, peers and subordinates, and members.

Financial Education & Events Coordinator
Days/Shift: Flexibility needed, to include Saturday and evening hours
Hours: 20 hours, Part-time

We are looking for a business professional who is seeking a part-time position in a financial services environment. Position is responsible for helping to support the credit union\'s educational initiatives and community events. Strong administrative skills - including Excel and database experience alongside internet platforms and set-up of technology for events. Must be outgoing, friendly and a strong communicator. In addition to the above, responsible for assisting and setting up for events, ordering refreshments and other supplies as well as hleping with the development of presentations, answering phones, scheduling appointments and answering questions. Duties are varied, as is the schedule, with hours from Monday thru Saturday with a.m. or p.m. shifts available.
This opportunity requires an individual who is flexible with their schedule in order to accommodate the different events, which may include evening and Saturday hours.

We are seeking an experienced Lending Representative to work with our members in identifying loan products and/or other services which will help to place the member in a better financial position. This position requires a strong desire to help people along with the ability to think outside of the box. Hours for this role are varying, including Monday through Saturday.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of credit union/banking experience in a lending environment, along with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
