We are looking for an individual to work with us on a part-time basis to assist in reaching out to members, scheduling appointments, supporting and setting up marketing and community events and keeping our system updated.
This opportunity requires an individual who is flexible with their schedule in order to accommodate the different events, which may include evening and Saturday hours. It is possible this position may work into full time.

Financial Wellness Coach
Days/Shift: (2 positions available)
Are you experienced in social work? Behavior counseling? Do you have experience with making professional presentations to groups? If you are looking for a new way to use your skills that will drive positive results for you and your clients, join our team for a groundbreaking opportunity to use your skills toward improving people’s personal financial lives. You will work with clients to guide them toward improving their overall financial wellness. This is NOT a sales position. Rather, you will work to develop personal plans and build relationships with clients focused on motivating positive behaviors related to money management.
Department: Center for Finance & Education
This position requires active listening and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated understanding of human behavior. You must also demonstrate the ability to present and lead group discussions/workshops. Understanding of personal finance and economics is helpful.
This position involves non-standard hours, including weekends, so flexibility is a must. Excellent pay, health and dental insurance, 401(k), vision and many other benefits. Must have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in the social work field and proven experience in public and interpersonal relations.

Sr. Financial Representative
Hours: 37.5 hours plus
Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you have the fine combination of lending, customer service and sales abilities? We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Representative to work in-depth with our members developing relationships as well as to obtain new business. Will help to uncover products and services which will fit the members specific needs and help to place the member in a better financial position.
This position requires a strong desire to help people along with the ability to think outside the box. Non-traditional hours including some evenings and weekends are required in order to meet member needs.

3 to 5 years experience in lending and customer service along with the skill to employ methods for seeking new business and actively prospecting in order to meet company goals.
Must have excellent communication skills at all levels, great customer service ability and a passion for helping others. Ability to generate mortgages and NMLS registered.
