To provide all our members a simplified and more thorough experience we have made changes to our e-statements. To make the upgrade process as smooth as possible we have created a list of frequently asked questions about the e-statements upgrades with easy-to-understand answers.

| Will there be a fee to keep our statements the same? | For the next several months, everyone will receive paper statements at no cost until October 2025. At that time, we will again begin charging the $1.50 per statement for paper statements. We encourage you to save paper, money and time – enroll in e-statements and e-documents via e-branch and you will not pay for statement production! |
