Preparing for June: If you have set up recurring transfers with another institution using TransferNow via e-branch, you will need to cancel those payments and add them again after June 2.
Coming in September: To provide a more modern e-branch experience, we are upgrading e-branch in September. Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

Did my username change? | No, your username will remain the same. |
Did my password change? | For now, no. When we upgrade e-branch in the FALL of 2025, you will be required to change your password. |
Will I need to do anything else when I log in? | Yes, in the fall once you have established a new password, you will then be prompted to update your information for our multi-factor authentication. |
Will your online banking work while the branch is closed? | No, our online systems will be unavailable from May 31 – June 2. |
