To provide all our members a better Directline experience we have made changes to Directline. To make the upgrade process as smooth as possible we have created a list of frequently asked questions about the Directline upgrades with easy-to-understand answers.

Is my username the same? | Yes, your username is the same as in was before June 1st. |
Is my password the same? | No, you will need to change your password. Please call us to change your password. |
Is the Directline phone number changing? | Sort of, there will now only be one number to call to reach Directline and that is our toll-free number (888) 782-0560. |
Will direct line work while the branch is closed? | No, all of our online and remote systems will be unavailable as we undergo our upgrades. |
