Brittani was nominated Employee of the month because she demonstrated the behaviors of a leader before being offered her new role as Assistant Financial Services Manager. Ready to advance her career within NHFCU, Brittani began taking on and learning many of the Assistant Manager responsibilities before earning the actual position. She rose to a number of challenges presented to her and to the Financial Services Team, demonstrating her capabilities and desire to learn while leading.
