Upgrade FAQ

When is the upgrade taking effect?
March 17, 2026.  e-branch, both mobile and desktop, will be unavailable the afternoon of Monday, March 16th returning refreshed on Tuesday, March 17th.

Will e-branch users/ mobile app user need to reset their passwords?
Yes. For our members’ protection, any prior e-branch user who has NOT logged in since before our upgrade on March 17, 2026, will need to speak an NHFCU representative to reactivate access.

Will my current bill pays carry over with the upgrade?
Yes

Will my current reoccurring transfers carry over with the upgrade?
Yes.

Will I need to set up alerts again?
Yes, any alerts you have will need to be set up again.  Go to “Create Alert” on the home page, select an option from the dropdown and follow the prompts.

Why is NHFCU doing another upgrade?
We are laying the foundation to support additional features that our current e-branch cannot.  Online banking and our mobile app will have a new, cleaner look. Your mobile and e-branch options will be the same – Bonus: after the upgrade everything you can do on your laptop in e-branch will be available on our app such as reviewing your statements.
