2024 NHFCU Board Nominees

NHFCU’s 82nd Annual Meeting is Wednesday, April 17, 2023.  This year, NHFCU’s Nominating Committee has recommended three nominees for Board positions. You will find their biographies below. Each nominee will serve a three-year term.

FOR THREE YEAR TERMS

The Nominating Committee is appointed by the Chair of the Board as required by the Bylaws, Article IV, Section 1. The Chair selected the Nominating Committee members based on their knowledge of the Credit Union’s operations and objectives.

 

Scott Morris, Sr. has been a member of NHFCU since 1997. He has served on the NHFCU Supervisory Committee since 2017, the past 6 as Chair.

Scott began working for The Granite Group Wholesalers in the late 70s. He has worked as a salesman, in customer service and as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Director, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. For the last 12 years Scott has been part of The Granite Group’s Executive Team as Senior Vice President, managing purchasing, marketing, vendor relationships, annual rebate programs and working with branches to establish annual inventory budgets. He will officially retire at the end of April 2024 after 45 years in the wholesale business.

Scott sat on the Board of Assessors for the Town of New Ipswich for 9 years (6 as Chair). He also sat on the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee for The Meeting School in Rindge. Scott attended UNC-Wilmington with a focus on physical education and sports medicine. He enjoys gardening, woodworking, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

 

Munish Nanda has been a member of NHFCU since 2015. Munish is the former President, Americas & Europe, of Watts Water Technologies, a global manufacturer of plumbing, heating and water quality products. Prior to Watts, Mr. Nanda served as President of Control Technologies for ITT Corporation, a diversified industrial company. Prior to ITT, Mr. Nanda held various operating leadership and general management positions with Thermo Fisher Scientific and other public/private enterprises. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience to NHFCU’s board. Mr. Nanda currently serves on the board of CECO Environmental Corporation.

Mr. Nanda has an Engineering degree with Honors from Regional Engineering College Tiruchy, India, and an MBA from Northern Arizona University Flagstaff.

 

Kenneth (Ken) Scarpetti is a member of New Hampshire Federal Credit Union. Ken graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance. Ken then went on to start, own and operate several businesses, including a boat dealership; Sierra Development Inc. with his twin brother, Paul, a firm building residential and commercial properties; and a manufactured home community in Hopkinton. He partnered with his brothers, Paul and Dave, to design, construct and operate Profile Self Storage in Hooksett. Since 1997 he has been the owner/broker of Sierra Realty Inc., which specializes in residential and commercial property brokerage with a team of sales associates.

Ken currently serves on the Supervisory Committee of New Hampshire Federal Credit Union. He has also served on the Building Committee with Saint Marie’s Church in Manchester and was a leader in the youth group program at Saint Marie’s Church.
