NHFCU has been made aware there are spoof automated phone calls being made in an effort to scam our members.
Should you receive one of these calls on your cell phone, you will see the caller ID on your screen which reads: "New Hampshire Federal Credit Union."
Whether you have a cell phone or landline, the automated message you will hear indicates a message similar to this:
"Hello customer, we are calling about an Amazon dispute on your account for $700, press 1 to connect to the Amazon dispute center."
If you get one of these calls please:
Click here to read a detailed article from the FTC about robocalls.
- Don't return the call to the # that was given to you
- Don't press any buttons to connect
- Hang up immediately and call us directly at 603-224-7731
