Let's face it, COVID has changed the way we do everything, and we're still changing and adapting to help you.
Recently our phone volume and drive-up traffic has been higher than usual, and we know that affects your day. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are now happy to provide you with another remote service to make your remote transactional experience with NHFCU even easier. Mobile Deposit Capture is here and here's what you need to know:
How does Mobile Deposit Capture work?
Mobile Deposit Capture (MDC) is available to members who use e-branch and who do transactions with us with a mobile phone.
You can now deposit checks into your NHFCU checking account or money market account. Using your smartphone and our mobile app, you take a picture of the front and back of your check and then deposit the check following the prompts on your phone.
What do I need to know before I begin using Mobile Deposit?
If you are enrolled in e-branch and want to bank with your mobile phone, you will need to download the NHFCU App for MDC feature. Click here and follow the instructions for your phone.
What if I'm not currently using e-branch?
If you'd like to use the new Mobile Deposit feature and haven't yet enrolled in e-branch, click here.
Am I eligible to use mobile deposit?
If you are under 18 years of age, or if your account is a Trust with a declaration or inception date of less than 18 years, please call the credit union at (603) 224-7731, ext. 167, for access to Mobile Deposit Capture.
