Important Information for NHFCU Members – Your Money is Safe with NHFCU

In light of the recent media reports about several bank closures, we want to assure you your money is safe with NHFCU. Deposits at NHFCU are protected by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) and insured up to at least $250,000 per individual depositor – the same as any other federally insured financial institution. Credit union members have never lost a penny of insured savings at a federally-insured credit union.

In a statement from NCUA Chairman Todd M. Harper, “The credit union system remains well-capitalized and on a solid footing.”

As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, NHFCU is owned by our members – people like you, your family, your co-workers, and your neighbors. You own us and we are at your service. The money you deposit in NH Federal Credit Union is the money we lend to other members with mortgages, personal loans, auto loans and more. NHFCU – serving and giving back to our members and community since 1941.
