Congratulations Madelyn Farrelly, NHFCU November Employee of the Month
Madelyn “Maddie” Farrelly joined NHFCU in July 2020 as a Teller. At the time, due to pandemic restrictions, members conducted their business via the drive up. Without face-to-face interaction, Maddie quickly adapted, using the “microphone and tube” to develop strong member relationships. She loved “meeting” many different people and thrived on being busy in such a fast-paced transaction environment.
At the end of 2020, Maddie sought to grow her knowledge and became a Member Service Representative. Her goal: To make a difference helping members in a more in-depth level, opening accounts for savings, checking, IRAs and more. Her ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service helped members achieve their goals.
In early 2022, Maddie joined the Lending Department. Her professional, organized way of relaying information to members about the lending process came naturally. She recently rejoined the front line as a Financial Services Representative and assists members with her learned knowledge from her three previous positions. Maddie equates her experience in two of her previous positions this way: She helped members make money as a Member Service Representative and then helped them save money as a Lender.
Ready to assist wherever needed in the organization. Her home base was always Airport Road, and she now travels to our Lee branch on a regular basis to assist members. She is always flexible and willing to do whatever it takes. Maddie’s excellent interpersonal and communication skills and love of working with people make a difference. Anyone who knows her understands she is the epitome of the 3 “Ps” – Positivity, personality and people!
