2023 NHFCU Board Nominees
NHFCU’s 81st Annual Meeting is Wednesday, April 19, 2023. This year, NHFCU’s Nominating Committee has recommended three nominees for Board positions. You will find their biographies below. Each nominee would serve a three-year term.
FOR THREE YEAR TERMS
The Nominating Committee is appointed by the Chair of the Board as required by the Bylaws, Article IV, Section 1. The Chair selected the Nominating Committee members based on their knowledge of the Credit Union’s operations and objectives.
Heather E. Brown
Heather Brown has been a member of NH Federal since 2015. She is a Senior Sales Counselor at Havenwood Heritage Heights, a not-for-profit, accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community in Concord, NH. For the past 10 years she has been responsible for counseling and informing people about residency options and guiding them through the decision-making process. Previously Ms. Brown worked as Director of Community Relations at The Birches at Concord. She has 20 years of business experience.
Ms. Brown graduated from Elmira with a Bachelor of Science degree and a dual major of Criminal Justice and Psychology.
A. Allan Clark
Allan Clark has been a member of NH Federal Credit Union since 1982 when he joined to take advantage of payroll deductions. He has served on NHFCU’s Board of Directors since 1993 and is currently Treasurer. Allan also volunteers on other Credit Union committees, including the Asset Liability Management Committee.
Allan spent 44 years as a teacher and retired from Concord School District after 36 years there. He served on the Chichester School Board for more than 20 years. Allan is a graduate of the University of NH with a Bachelor’s degree in business.
George C. Gendron, Jr.
George Gendron has been a member of NH Federal Credit Union since 1997. He currently serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors, volunteers as a 401K Trustee for our employees and serves on other NHFCU committees, including the Governance Committee. George became the Administrator for X-Ray Professional Association and Concord Imaging Center in 2019 after working in Finance at Concord Hospital for over 20 years.
George began his career in finance/accounting in the early 90s after graduating from Bryant College in Rhode Island with a bachelor’s in business administration. Fulfilling his educational pursuits in the late 90s, George graduated from Simmons College in Boston with a Master’s in Health Care Administration.
