We recently learned of a data breach associated with an outside payment processor. If you have a credit or debit card with us, you may be affected. Read more to find out what actions we are taking to protect you.
We have mailed postcards to members whose debit or credit cards were affected by an outside payment processor data breach.
For those affected, credit cards have been blocked and new cards are being issued.
Replacement debit cards have been ordered and cards are being blocked.
Those of you who receive new debit cards will need to call the following number to activate your card and select a PIN: 1-800-757-9848.
Please remember, our N Main Street, Concord, service center is open until 6:00 pm on weeknights and 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
