FAQ's About eStatements

Q: What Internet Browser does e-branch/eStatements Support?

A: Supported PC browsers include Microsoft Internet Explorer® 6 or higher, Mozilla Firefox®, Netscape® 8.0 or higher, Opera and Apple Safari browsers are supported for end users utilizing the Apple Mac Operating System.

Only the full standalone Internet Browser applications are supported. The use of an Internet Browser application imbedded within another application, such as Microsoft Outlook®, is not supported for use with the @Net for Advantage home banking application.

End users must use a browser capable of reading Java Script.

Note: Although mobile phone browsers may function on e-branch, not all features will function properly and are therefore not officially supported on e-branch/eStatements.

Q: What are eStatements?

A: eStatements are electronic versions of paper statements that are only accessible on e-branch. Members can view their eStatements after signing in to e-branch https://www.members-nhfcu.org. We recommend Members discontinue paper statements and access their statements on our secure website, e-branch. By going paperless, you’re not only helping the environment, you’re reducing the risk of your statements being lost or stolen. You’ll get your statements faster and they’ll all be archived, organized and stored securely on e-branch.

Q: When will I receive my eStatement?

A: All NHFCU members will receive an electronic statement – an ‘eStatement.’ Your eStatement will be produced each month there is activity (withdrawals or deposits) on your account. Interest being credited to your account at the end of each month is not activity. You’ll receive an email notification explaining when and how you can view your eStatement on our secure website. We don’t send eStatements via email. If you do not have any monthly activity on any of your NHFCU accounts, you’ll receive an eStatement on a quarterly basis. If your account is inactive for twelve months or more, you will receive the statement annually.

Q: How will I know when my eStatement is available?

A: Members enrolled in eStatements will receive an email notification explaining when and how they can view their eStatement on our secure website. We don’t send eStatements via email.
