Youth Accounts & Services

• For those ages twelve and under, membership in the Johnny Appleseed Junior Ecology Club, a free savings incentive program. With the Johnny Appleseed Club, children are encouraged to save money and learn about ecology.  Contact a Credit Union Personal Accounts Representative and ask to enroll in the club. Johnny Appleseed members receive a Johnny Appleseed Calendar featuring a good ecology idea for each month. Every other month, club members receive a postcard from Appleseed Headquarters telling them about a special gift they'll receive if they make a deposit to their Credit Union Account.   There are no fees to enroll in or belong to the Johnny Appleseed Club; however, if the child is not already a Credit Union member, s/he must establish a share (savings) account.
• All members under age 18 may open certificates for twelve months or longer with just $250 instead of $500.  Check the rates today.
  
• Teens may open free share draft checking accounts and receive a VISA debit card as long as an adult over 18 signs on the account.
